Check out this healthy recipe for a Cucumber, Caprese Salad! That's what on the menu for me tonight. This low-calorie salad provides protein and fiber and you can eat it guilt-free (only 250 calories per serving). I would recommend pairing this salad with a dry rose wine and enjoying both on the sun-filled patio.
