If you're not sure where to start with your fitness, there are a couple apps that you can take on the go to give you guidance during your workout woes.  Two apps that I really enjoy using are Bodybuilding.com's BodySpace, and Nike's Nike Training App.  Both will give you specific workouts and you can track your progress while you're at it. I am only suggesting these apps because this is what I have come across and found useful for myself - I am not sponsored by them (obviously, ha!!).  If you're just starting your consistent exercise journey or are just looking for some change or direction, give them a shot!
