I wanted to share the video Always #likeagirl with you for a couple different reasons. The phrase "like a girl" has become a description, a definition, an association that negatively reflects a girl's strength and abilities, and therefore there needs to be a heightened awareness of its use. This also creates an automatic comparison between men and women, leaving men as the superior gender when in reality we are equal but different.
